Vince Young Claims He Is Retired From NFL

Former Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Vince Young is retiring from the NFL.  The 31-year-old hasn't taken a regular-season snap in three years, but he has made several comeback attempts over that span.
